Special Notes

Although the subject matter is introductory college algebra the material is presented in a more foundational manner emphasizing our understanding of the logic as well as the language of mathematics. An e-text will be made available to students at no cost. In the text are links to lecture videos. The course delivery will be 'flipped classroom' where the students are expected to watch the video and start working on homework before the class. Most of the class will then be spent working on problems or projects related to the material of the lecture.
